Founded by artists Noelle VanHendrick and Eric Hendrick, ZPOTS is a Vermont-based ceramics studio creating handcrafted pottery, sculptural objects, and atmospheric home goods that blur the line between functional ware and fine art. Rooted in a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship while embracing an expressive contemporary spirit, ZPOTS has become known for work that feels both grounded and emotionally resonant — pieces designed to bring warmth, beauty, and presence into everyday life.

For decades, Noelle and Eric have worked collaboratively to build a creative practice centered on authenticity, experimentation, and connection. Their collections range from richly textured vessels and tableware to one-of-a-kind sculptural forms inspired by music, nature, ritual, memory, and the emotional landscape of home. Every piece is handmade in small batches, carrying the individuality and character that can only come from true studio craftsmanship.

ZPOTS has been recognized as one of Oprah Winfrey’s Favorite Things, and the studio’s work can be found in cupboards and collections around the world. Their ceramics have been distributed through more than one hundred galleries and independent shops nationwide, earning a devoted following among collectors, designers, and people drawn to meaningful handmade objects.

Noelle VanHendrick’s artistic vision is intuitive, atmospheric, and deeply expressive. Her work is guided by a love of beauty, storytelling, and emotional resonance, often exploring the intersection of art, music, intimacy, and everyday ritual. She brings a raw, soulful sensibility to the studio’s creative direction, shaping collections that feel both timeless and alive.

Eric Hendrick brings a masterful understanding of form, surface, and firing techniques developed through decades of studio practice. His work reflects a balance of technical precision and raw artistic energy, contributing to the distinctive visual language that defines ZPOTS.

Together, Noelle and Eric continue to expand the language of contemporary ceramics while staying deeply connected to the handmade process at the heart of their work.
